A temporary suspension has been arranged during the entry into possession. If there is a third party in the property who claims rights that exclude the claimant's rights, the bailiff suspends the entry for at least three days. Within this three-day period, the third party must request a stay of execution from the district court. If, within the three days, a protective order for suspension is not filed, the introduction is continued.
