Writ of execution issued on the basis of an order for immediate execution

The bailiff should initiate a case and hand over to the debtor a PDI with a 14-day period for voluntary execution. Together with the delivery of the PIA, protective measures - liens and foreclosures - may be imposed, and the debtor must be notified of their imposition in the PIA. During the term of voluntary execution, the bailiff may carry out an inventory of the property, but not a sale or distribution and payment of sums to claimants. With the delivery of the PIA, the bailiff is obliged to deliver the writ of execution, as well as the execution order. The 14-day period for filing an objection begins for the debtor from the day following the date of delivery of the PIA. The objection is not submitted to the bailiff or through him, but directly to the registry of the court that issued the enforcement order.
